Giving societies through the JCC基金会
支持 from our donors is essential for both the immediate future and long term vitality of Jamestown 社区 College and the thousands of students that we serve every year.
The giving societies at the JCC基金会 honor donors as they invest in our students and support our communities, both on an annual basis and throughout their lives.
The JCC基金会 publishes a Roll of 捐赠s, along with these giving societies, in its 年度报告.
Lifetime giving societies
Lifetime giving societies recognize the overall sum of a donor’s gifts to Jamestown 社区 College. These societies encourage donors to build their level of support through the years. The JCC基金会 is deeply appreciative of the central role these donors have played in the founding, 增长, and ongoing success of the college.
- The Founders 社会: $750,000 and above
- The Trustees 社会: $500,000 to $749,999
- The Chairman's 社会: $250,000 to $499,999
- The President's 社会: $100,000 to $249,999
Unless otherwise specified, donors are recognized prominently in the JCC 年度报告 to the 社区, and new inductees are recognized at the JCC基金会’s Annual Recognition Dinner.
Annual giving circles
Annual giving circles recognize donors who give to the JCC基金会 each year. These loyal supporters of Jamestown 社区 College renew their support each year by making annual restricted or unrestricted gifts through the Annual Campaign for JCC during the college’s fiscal year (September 1 to August 30).
- Founders Circle: $50,000 to $99,999
- Trustees Circle: $25,000 to $49,999
- Chairman’s Circle: $10,000 to $24,999
- President’s Circle: $1,000 to $9,999

- Friend of JCC: Up to $249
The commitment of these donors are recognized prominently in the JCC 年度报告 to the 社区 and at the JCC基金会’s Annual Recognition Dinner. All Circle and 约翰D. 汉密尔顿的社会 members are invited to special events held by the college and the JCC基金会.

约翰·D. 汉密尔顿的社会 includes and recognizes donors who generously made gifts of between $250 and $999 during the current fiscal year. The society was established in 1995 in recognition of Mr. 汉密尔顿’s exemplary service and dedication to Jamestown 社区 College. Long active in community affairs, Mr. 汉密尔顿 was among the devoted community leaders who worked diligently to see Jamestown 社区 College chartered in 1950 as the first community college in the State University of New York system. Mr. 汉密尔顿 served as the college ’s President and was a member of the JCC 校董会.
The JCC基金会 honors Mr. 汉密尔顿 and society members for their leadership, 慈善事业, and strong commitment to Jamestown 社区 College. Each year, at the JCC基金会's Annual Recognition Dinner, an award in Mr. 汉密尔顿's name is given to an individual whose civic contributions exemplify those of Mr. 汉密尔顿.

The 传统社会 will recognize individuals who have made deeply personal commitments to JCC through gifts of planned giving. Members of the 传统社会 and their heirs will forever be remembered by future generations of JCC students, 校友, and faculty and staff members. Legacy gifts help build financial support for future JCC student scholarships, 学术项目, and capital initiatives.
